Check-in/Check-out

Upon arrival, please check in at the hotel front desk. If you arrive before 15:00 and your room is not yet available, Guest Reception will gladly store your luggage. Please note that while the nightly room rate is covered, you will need to provide a credit card at check-in for any incidental charges, such as room service. On the day of your departure, please check out at the front desk by 12:00.

Airport Transportation

Guests are responsible for making their own way from the airport to the hotel and back again. You can take a regular taxi from the airport rank or in NYC, the main rideshare provider is Uber and Lyft. For your convenience, we highly recommend downloading the application onto your devices before you leave for NYC.
